It is acknowledged as a result that Company makes no promises regarding the Client’s successful completion of the interview walkthrough. The objective of this Agreement is to deliver products or services to clients in line with their requests. Everything the Company offers is simply meant to advance the Client’s career by following his directions. The failure of the Client to use the Product to successfully land the desired employment or the incorrect usage of the Product is likewise not the Company’s fault.

2.3. The Company does not enquire about the Client’s age because it is unable to ascertain the precise age of visitors of the website. Under-16s are not permitted to use the Company’s services without their parents’ or guardians’ permission. Please get in touch with us at support@localhost if you’re a parent or legal guardian and you have any reason to suspect that your child or ward has given the Company their personal information without your permission.

The conditions of the giver Agreement are violated when an Order is placed with false information, including an Order made for someone else or a minor without their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.

  1. Order Process

3.1 Placing an order. It is the Client’s exclusive duty to register using a legitimate email address and to provide an accurate phone number where the Client can be reached when completing an Order form (preferably both – home and mobile). During the processing of the Order, there may be several times when getting in touch with the Client is essential. A legitimate email address or accurate phone number must be provided to place an Order; else, this Agreement’s terms and conditions will be broken. Any claim to the implicit warranty or guarantee by the client may be forfeited as a result.

While utilizing the account, the Client is required to:

  •  Immediately notify Support of any disclosure or potential disclosure of the password required to access the account.

Until the account is closed or misuse by other parties is reported, the client is responsible for all actions taken on the account.

The Company forbids direct telephone communication between the Client and the Resume Writer. The Client is welcome to employ any of the many interactive elements developed by the Company for that purpose. The client can also get in touch with a knowledgeable Support Team, who are available round-the-clock, with any inquiries or issues.

3.2. Provided information

Once the order is paid for, the information the client provided in the order description and any other files required for order fulfillment are promptly made available to the resume writers. The Client is strongly advised not to include any personal or billing information (such as the Client’s phone number, email address, etc.) or reveal the Client’s identity when communicating with the Resume Writer through the Messaging System as the Company is not responsible for the information voluntarily disclosed by the Client when placing an Order.

Discounts

After the Order has been placed, a discount code cannot be used. If the discount code is not utilized while placing the Order, the Company is not obligated to replace the Order or make up the difference. As a result, when completing the form and placing the Order, the Client must be careful and exact.

Instructions

The Client’s instructions, to the extent that the Company follows them, must be complete and precise. Following the placement of the Order, the Client is required to submit an old resume or CV for reference or complete a survey with the information required for Product Completion. Both methods can be used by the client to send all the required information.

The Company cannot fulfill any implied warranty or guarantee and will not be held liable if the Client does not provide the required information within the appropriate time frame for the execution of the Order.

The Client is informed that any amendment requests made after the Order has been finished must only be based on the basic specifications and the details of the original Order. Any deviations from the Order’s original instructions will be regarded as “editing,” an additional service provided by the Company. The Company will not comply with any free revision requests in this situation if they change from or depart from the original Order specifications or description.

Before a Resume Writer is assigned to the Order, any further requests or instructions must be given.

The provided Agreement will be broken if this condition is not met, and any right to the implied warranty or guarantee will also be lost.

3.5. Sources

However, the Company is unable to manage—and will not be held accountable for—any delivery challenges brought on by factors outside of its control, including spam filters, inaccurate email, a lack of internet access, and general negligence, among others. The Support Team is on call twenty-four hours a day to help the Client with any Order delivery issues. However, it is solely the Client’s responsibility to give the Company the right contact information.

4.3. If the Product is delivered on schedule, the Company will not be held liable if the Client is unable to download it. Please be aware that the Client will still be responsible for paying the Resume Writer for the completed work and that no refund is currently guaranteed.

  1. Termination

5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel any paid Order at its discretion if the Client fails to cooperate or communicate in a way that prevents the fulfillment of the Order or if the Company has reason to believe that the Client is engaging in fraudulent behavior. The Company does not ensure payment in the aforementioned situations. Each case is examined carefully, and the ultimate judgment is based on a variety of factors. Depending on the unique circumstances of each situation, the Company shall have the sole discretion to decide what to do.

7.3. The Client may cancel an Order at any time before it is fulfilled if they feel the need to do so.

7.4 All refund requests and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Support Team through email or the Order Messaging System. The client has the option to ask for a partial or full refund in the unlikely event that they are unhappy with the product or receive it past the deadline. Any request may be approved or denied at the Company’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

7.5. If a client requests a refund because they believe the product is of poor quality, they must support their request with convincing arguments and specific examples. The refund request won’t be sent to the quality assurance department for additional investigation and refund request approval until an extensive list of violations is provided.
